Cancellation & Refund  

Once your balloon order has been delivered, it cannot be refunded. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please do so at least 72 hours prior to the event. In these cases, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before the event will not qualify for a refund.
